Vote for as many people as you want, the person who gets the most votes wins, votes are counted by hand; proposed in Colorado

Michael Goldman from the Non Partisan Party For For Fair Elections Facebook group spoke about Score Voting, which is a type of Approval Voting that gives each candidate a score, and so is a little more complicated to count.
